We ran into an interesting Japanese phenomena recently. Apparently many people in Japan believe that PET (polyethylene terephthalate - plastic) bottles filled with water keep away cats.

At the Tokyo Auto Show this week our palls over at Honda announced their expanded Honda Dog concept called WOW (Wonderful Open-Hearted Wagon).
